The Cancer Survivorship website provides a searchable list of services which allows people to search for local services by post code and keyword.

Hair affairs based at the Macmillan centre in Belfast provides a FREE WIG service for 
cancer patients that are treated at the Belfast City Hospital, they are based in the drop in centre however they do attend the bridgewater suite and wards when they get a referral. They also sell all accessories required for the wigs and hats and bandanas etc. For more information download the pdf file available here. 
Friends of the Cancer Centre
'Friends' is the leading local cancer charity based at the heart of the Cancer Centre, Belfast City Hospital. The charity relies entirely on voluntary donations and with your help and support 'Friends' makes a real and meaningful difference for thousands of cancer patients and their families across Northern Ireland. Pretty n Pink is working in partnership with Friends and together we have been able to provide funding to many breast cancer patients and their families here in Northern Ireland. Action Cancer is a Northern Ireland Cancer Charity, their mission is to save lives and support people and they maintain a pioneering role in the development of cancer services. Their main service is the provision of breast screening to women over 40 as well as listening ear, councelling and complementary therapies for not just the patient but for family members as well. 
Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer. Macmillan provide practical, medical and financial support and push for better cancer care. Macmillan are a source of support, helping with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need. It's not only patients who live with cancer, so we also help carers, families and communities. Macmillan guide people through the system, supporting them every step of the way.  
A support centre can be found on the Lisburn Road, Belfast. It is a drop in centre where you can avail of many services including yoga, tai chi, complementary therapy and the very popular "Look Good Feel Better" service.
